Portfolio Manager I – Health Information and Data Science

Role Overview

• Supports the Senior Director, Agile Operations in executing the strategic needs of the Center.
• Responsible for operational management and continuous improvement of AI governance processes.
• Serves as central coordinator for AI intake, review, and oversight activities.
• Maintains the system of record for all AI applications across the organization.
• Coordinates monthly governance meetings, including agenda development and presenter alignment.
• Develops and maintains a centralized AI application inventory/database.
• Ensures adherence to data privacy, security, and organizational policies.
