- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Market Access area
- Development of access strategies for various markets and indications
- Contract negotiations with statutory and private health insurers
- Coaching, development and performance management of employees
- Ensuring and optimizing processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant leadership and professional experience in the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector
- Solid understanding of reimbursement systems, decision-making processes and stakeholders in the healthcare sector
- Proven experience in designing and executing innovative projects with payers
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel 25–50%
