Conducts outbound sales activities independently, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process
Meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas and performance goals consistently
Applies strategic thinking to engage with customers aligned with specific business objectives
Utilizes consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition of products and services
Prospects and uncovers sales opportunities within existing customers, while effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships
Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in accordance with organization sales processes
Partners effectively with other teams within the organization to ensure coordinated and efficient account management
Takes ownership of accurate forecasting for sales activities
Requirements
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
Minimum 4 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field
Strong English proficiency
Able to speak & write in Thai would be an added advantage
