Excellent knowledge of project management and people management, with a proven track record of delivering projects to production, focused on quality, cost and deadlines.
Responsible for the delivery of two store automation projects, overseeing team activities, resolving conflicts, reporting progress and ensuring the quality of the delivery.
Strong skills in project management, spreadsheets and presentations; people skills for conflict resolution and negotiation; and a drive for delivery.
Prepare reports, monitor corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities, and participate in improvement projects.
Monitor business process performance, identifying and assessing non-conformities and their impacts on processes and customers.
Draft or review documents and records related to business needs.
Translate business needs into backlog items for the development team.
Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers.
