Role Overview
- Actively engage with the stakeholders to understand their business requirements
- Develop deep understanding of operational data stores within your data domain
- Create and lead a development plan that breaks down the product vision into broader deliverables
- Identify obstacles and roadblocks, recommend solutions, and seek others to help remove these barriers or reprioritize when necessary
- Communicate in a clear and concise manner complex design and data concepts
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Minimum of five years related work experience
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
- Strong consultative skills
- Strong relationship management and influence skills
- Deep understanding of the data product(s)
- Strong technical skills
- Ability to drive high quality work through a cross-functional team
