Build, launch, and manage customer email acquisition, nurture/retention and win-back sequences, campaign extensions and follow-ups, and monthly email campaigns
Design and implement automated workflows within ActiveCampaign
Manage and optimise ActiveCampaign CRM (Deals module), including pipeline setup and maintenance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy, testing and optimisation, segmentation, and targeting
Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and continuously optimise for results
Ensure email deliverability best practices and compliance standards are met
Maintain clean, organised, and segmented contact lists
