Role Overview
- Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, and decks)
- Generate and close both insurance and retail sales
- Work with homeowners on storm damage claims and upgrades
- Manage jobs from inspection through project completion
- Build referral networks (realtors, property managers, etc.)
- Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
