Requirements
Experience leading global engineering organizations across regions such as Germany, China, India, and the USA
Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Non‑Destructive Testing Application Engineering
Proven track record in engineering transformation, including building global standards, processes, and engineering repositories
Familiarity with NDT environments, which will be considered a significant advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities
Ability to drive innovation and digital adoption within complex engineering ecosystems
