Role Overview
- Ensure compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, and documentation
- Develop knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and Government Compliance subject areas
- Independently plan and execute audits according to professional standards
- Prepare time and resource budget estimates for audits
- Identify and analyze key controls and processes to determine effectiveness
- Communicate audit status and results to management
- Serve as a Government Compliance Subject Matter Expert
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field and a minimum of 6 years prior auditing experience.
- Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 4 years prior auditing experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS
- DFARS business system experience (accounting, estimating, MMAS, EVMS, property, purchasing)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Relevant certification (CPA, CIA, or CDFM)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools
- Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance
