Support, administration and further development of our ERP and CRM systems with a focus on SAP
Performing SAP Basis tasks (e.g., user administration, system monitoring, transport management)
Ensuring smooth operation of connected systems and interfaces
Analyzing, optimizing and documenting business processes in the ERP/CRM environment
Actively supporting business units with process expertise and advising on mapping and optimizing business processes in IT systems
Assisting with the integration of new systems and the expansion of existing interfaces
Technical support of IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
Troubleshooting and resolving application and system issues
Supporting business units with IT-related questions

You have completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
You have solid experience with ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP
You possess knowledge of SAP Basis and experience administering SAP systems
You are proficient in working with interfaces (e.g., APIs, middleware, data integration)
You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients)
You have a strong understanding of business processes and their implementation in IT systems
You demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented work style, and strong teamwork skills
You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
