Role Overview
- Develop and coach the team;
- Oversee all stages of the demand generation workflow, ensuring alignment across teams and meeting deadlines;
- Monitor key metrics such as lead volume and interactions, initial meetings held, no-show rate, and appointment quality;
- Analyze indicators to identify trends and design agile plans to recover performance or reduce variance;
- Participate in product strategy alignments with related areas and ensure smooth information flow.
Requirements
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and performance monitoring tools;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes.
