Build deep understanding of customer business priorities, operating models, IT strategies, and data center environments
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Veeam solutions
Support issue management, escalations, and resolution in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams
Provide guidance on operational planning, risk mitigation, and deployment strategies
Serve as the primary technical advocate for the customer across internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, etc.)
Lead regular operational cadence calls and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Perform health checks of Veeam environments and recommend optimizations and best practices
Partner with Sales teams to identify new opportunities and drive account growth
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, best practices, and lessons learned to customers
Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Travel up to 50% to support customer engagements
Requirements
Strong experience in Technical Account Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
Deep knowledge of data protection, data management, and backup solutions
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, storage, networking, and cloud architectures
Experience supporting enterprise customers and managing complex environments
Strong troubleshooting, escalation management, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
