Role Overview
- Build and operate an AI-driven content engine that produces high-quality, consistent, and strategic content
- Design a content pipeline (idea → research → AI draft → human refinement → publish → measure → optimize)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.)
- Experiment with AI agents for blog generation, repurposing content across platforms, SEO research automation, and trend scanning
- Create structured content calendars
- Turn founder insights into high-performing posts
- Build reusable content frameworks
- Analyze metrics and optimize systematically
Requirements
- Is obsessed with AI tools and workflows
- Has experimented with GPTs, agents, automations
- Understands how to prompt properly
- Thinks in systems, not single posts
- Is curious about startups, SaaS, AI
- Wants real ownership, not micro tasks
- Bonus if you understand SEO basics
