Manage a caseload of pre-litigated cases, focused on personal injury claims for union members
Carry out initial assessment on merits when the case exits the portal
Obtain evidence in support of liability including from witnesses and pre-action disclosure
Obtain medical evidence where appropriate
Instruct non-medical experts where appropriate and decisions on disclosure
Assess value of claim, attending on clients, witnesses, experts, union clients, third parties and defendants

Enthusiastic individuals, including recent graduates with a keen interest in personal injury law
Studying towards your SQE or an equivalent qualification preferred
Excellent client-focused communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and accurately, meet deadlines
Knowledge of personal injury law and familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules, and funding procedures is advantageous
Understanding of case management systems and proficiency in Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desirable
