Draft, edit, and proofread a wide range of communications materials, reviewing all outgoing communications for grammatical accuracy, consistency, tone, and brand alignment before distribution
Maintain and enforce brand voice, style guides, and editorial standards across all communication channels, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure messaging is consistent and error-free
Ensure timely delivery of communications with zero tolerance for factual or typographical errors, proofread and fact-check materials produced by other team members prior to final approval
Identify and correct inconsistencies, ambiguities, or inaccuracies in communications before they reach their intended audience, monitoring and tracking communications metrics and compiling detailed reports with precise data analysis
Develop and maintain AI-powered chat agents and self-service tools that enable team members to independently draft, structure, and refine high-quality written communications
Design and iterate on AI-assisted writing resources including prompt guides, templates, and workflow tools to improve communication quality and consistency across the team
Provide training and support to help colleagues effectively leverage AI tools for drafting and editing communications
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards and taking ownership of deliverables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free content
Proven track record of meticulous attention to detail with ability to catch errors others miss
Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with internal communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams)
Knowledge of digital communications best practices
Experience building or configuring AI chat agents or generative AI writing tools (e.g., Amazon Q or similar platforms)
Experience developing AI-powered resources for enabling team-wide communication quality
Track record designing and iterating on AI-assisted writing resources including prompt guides, templates, and workflow tools
Experience providing training and support for AI tool adoption across teams
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and gather information from stakeholders at all levels
Experience monitoring and tracking communications metrics with detailed data analysis capabilities
Background in internal building-level and organizational communications
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
