Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology.
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
Analyze complex problems/issues, evaluate business and system processes, and make evaluative judgement.
Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage.
Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues.
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.

4-7 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Strong Knowledge in project management methodologies
Experience in supporting Multi-tier applications
Excellent analytic & problem solving skills
Experience in different RDBMS-es with focus on Design, maintenance and support of medium to large enterprise/distributed databases
Experience in migrating enterprise/distributed databases from one platform/RDBMS to another
Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting, performance tuning and best practices of large & latency sensitive database infrastructure
Familiar with all phases of the systems lifecycle, from analysis, design and development and deployment
Experience in end-to-end set up of mission critical applications.
Knowledge of the FX/MM/FI market and products is very desirable.
