About this role
Role Overview
Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records
Create, update, and manage customer accounts, ensuring proper categorization and alignment with internal data standards
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies to maintain a clean database
Manage and integrate data from third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with internal systems and business requirements
Monitor and enforce data governance policies and best practices for both internal and external data sources
Collaborate with external vendors to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability
Document and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for customer data management
Train internal teams on data entry standards and proper usage of Salesforce
Support the design and implementation of automation workflows for data entry, validation, and updates
Partner with IT and business teams to integrate third-party data sources and improve data flow
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, APIs, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data, IT, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, data quality, or a related field
Experience working with Salesforce (Admin knowledge or certification is a plus)
Experience handling data quality, data cleansing, or CRM-related processes
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and data management best practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Interest in automation, data workflows, and improving operational efficiency
