Support all aspects of operations for the Admissions and Student Affairs organization
Assist with the technical aspects of the Slate CRM systems
Develop communications, forms, and workflows for the Slate application system
Assist with event set-up within the CRMs
Build reports and dashboards to analyze student data
Work with the Student Records Office to automate processes
Troubleshoot technical issues in Slate instances
Manage the timeline and workflow for the applicant evaluation process
Review a large portfolio of applications and make recommendations
Respond to inquiries from prospective students, applicants, and admitted students
Attend recruitment and yield events and support current student events

A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience
Prior knowledge of the Slate application system or a similar CRM is strongly preferred
Must submit a cover letter detailing interest in the position
