Design and implement projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements
Conduct activities to generate the appropriate process information, using modelling, simulations, and pilot plant and plant trials
Plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning, technical risk assessments
Create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications.
Assist in planning the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies, and manage stakeholders
Create intellectual property to drive competitive advantage
Requirements
3+ years' experience working within an RDQ environment within the food industry
Experience within confectionery or bakery categories is an advantage
Good understanding of RDQ product and process specifications
Good knowledge of chocolate category regarding raw materials, processing, manufacturing and formulation fundamentals is an advantage
Proficiency in English is a must
