Client Relationship Manager – Vice President

Role Overview

• Own and orchestrate the client relationship
• Manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
• Be responsible for existing client P+L and manage to STT shareholder goals
• Provide quarterly updates on the financial health of clients

Requirements

• Develop, agree and implement client account plans
• Maintain client documentation & manage contract negotiations & execution
• Develop senior level contacts within all assigned clients who have decision-making roles
• Ensure regular reviews of service quality between the client and the SSBT client service delivery team(s)
