Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, evaluate client/member satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep current on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in the field
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
- Awareness of current financial, economic, political and legislative developments
