Support global operational, finance, and systems initiatives across multiple regions and teams
Responsible for end‑to‑end requirements definition, business process analysis, and translation of stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and delivery partners
Lead structured discovery and analysis activities with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Client teams
Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, including functional and non‑functional requirements, process flows and use cases, data and reporting requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
Produce clear, high‑quality documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and define optimised processes
Work with technical teams and vendors to translate business needs into feasible, scalable solutions
Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned to business objectives
Act as a central point of coordination between business and delivery teams
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to align understanding and drive decisions
Support delivery teams through build, test, and implementation phases by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities
Requirements
Significant experience in a Business Analyst or equivalent role
Proven track record of delivering clear, structured requirements for system, process, and reporting initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience working across global or multi-country organisations with differing processes and maturity levels
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between them
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences
Comfortable working in environments with incomplete information and evolving requirements.
