Supports the development of pharmacy pricing and rebate analyses for Prime’s existing and prospective clients
Partners with actuaries and senior leaders to deliver accurate, timely analytics
Investigates complex pricing questions and translates data into clear insights
Works on high‑impact analyses and provides a strong foundation for growth into advanced actuarial or pricing leadership roles
Performs and supports pharmacy pricing analyses and rebate guarantee calculations used in client pricing, renewals, and RFPs
Analyzes large and complex pharmacy datasets to investigate rebate performance, utilization trends, and actual‑to‑expected results
Prepares clear summaries, exhibits, and documentation to support client discussions and senior leadership review
Executes ad hoc analyses to support market events, client questions, and time‑sensitive requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
5+ years of analytical experience, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or a PBM environment
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA, Python, or similar analytical tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
