Serve as the strategic bridge between Brand Strategy, Creative and Production teams, helping translate briefs into clear messaging and creative direction before execution begins.
Partner closely with Brand Strategy, Creative, Media and Data teams to ensure work is strategically aligned and commercially effective.
Work collaboratively with design teams to shape assets and creative execution, with overall creative oversight from Creative Directors.
Inspire creative teams with strong strategic foundations, clear jumping-off points and platform-specific guidance.
Shape and elevate creative output across copy, content and campaign execution.
Mentor and support Creative Insights & Content team members, fostering strategic thinking and creative excellence.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across accounts.
Use AI tools, including Pencil, to support insights, ideation, content generation, testing and optimisation workflows.
Lead the development of AI-enabled creative workflows and scalable production approaches.
Build testing frameworks for messaging, copy and creative variants across channels.
Translate performance data into actionable creative and content recommendations.
Stay close to platform evolution, cultural shifts and emerging behaviours, bringing new thinking into client work.
Identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness, operational efficiency and content scalability through AI-enabled ways of working.
Support the evolution of the Creative Insights & Content capability across Jellyfish.
Contribute to thought leadership, playbooks, frameworks and ways of working.
Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded strategic partnerships.
Help position Jellyfish as a leader in insight-led and AI-enabled creative delivery.
Contribute to new business opportunities and strategic pitches where relevant.
Requirements
6+ years’ experience across copywriting, communications strategy, content strategy or integrated creative roles within an agency or brand environment.
Strong background in messaging development and translating brand positioning into cross-channel communications.
Experience developing communications frameworks, messaging matrices and content ecosystems across customer journeys.
Strong understanding of the relationship between brand strategy, audience insight, creative execution and performance marketing.
Experience shaping creative and content strategies across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative projects and collaborating across strategy, creative, media and data teams.
Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, including paid media, social, CRM, web and SEO.
Experience using AI tools within creative or content workflows, with curiosity around emerging technologies and operational innovation.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring or leading team members is preferred.
