Role Overview
- You will work closely with our founding team and the Founder’s Associate on core topics across the company.
- You will operate between strategy and execution.
- You will analyze challenges, develop solutions, and implement them independently.
- Step by step you will take on more responsibility for your own projects and gain direct insight into building a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed degree at a reputable university (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Initial practical experience through internships or working-student roles in a startup environment, management consulting, or venture capital
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and a hands-on mentality
- High level of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Availability for at least 3 months
