Assess the credit risk of SME, Corporate, and Retail Private customers, with a focus on financing heavy-duty trucks and the brand's transport fleets
Make credit decisions within delegated authorities and structure transactions, including large-scale deals, in close collaboration with sales teams and the dealer network
Perform in-depth financial analyses of transport and logistics companies (contract and route profitability, cash flow stability)
Assess collateral and the risk related to financed assets (trucks, trailers), including residual value in the context of the local secondary market
Verify financing file data, collect missing documents, and resolve any inconsistencies
Monitor portfolio quality and proactively identify early warning signs, particularly in the transport and logistics sector
Contribute to defining and improving credit policies and analytical best practices, in line with Group standards
Ensure local policies are compliant with global guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in projects aimed at optimizing credit and sales processes
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of credit analysis experience within a financial institution
Experience analyzing clients in the transport/logistics sector or SME/Corporate clients
Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and identify key risks
Good knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle financing (operational and financial leasing, TCO, mileage, maintenance, residual value)
Good knowledge of the transport market (knowledge of the Moroccan market is a plus)
Ability to make decisions balancing risk and commercial objectives
University degree in finance, economics, banking, or a technical/management field
Excellent command of French and English (international reporting)
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Organized, autonomous, and able to work under pressure
