Provide B2B customer service, maintaining a portfolio of B2B clients and closing new business through consultative selling;
Present Vivo's solutions portfolio and serve customers through digital channels (inside sales);
Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
Monitor channel and account KPIs, analyze data and implement commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
Track the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that could impact deal closures;
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports;
Resolve critical situations through regular contact with customers and internal departments.
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office to support daily commercial routines, controls and analyses;
Commercial profile with determination to get things done, results orientation, consultative approach and active listening to understand the customer’s real needs;
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality, responsibility for your portfolio and commitment to delivery;
Comfort with digital tools, interest in technology and innovation, and ease learning and working with software and systems;
Organization, planning and discipline, ability to prioritize tasks, act with urgency and complete daily demands;
Curiosity and willingness to learn, challenging the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
Resilience to handle daily commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;

Previous experience selling Telecom products (Mobile, Fixed, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services) is desirable — a plus.
