Performs examinations, evaluations, and establishes plans of care including goals and recommendations for discharge
Provides daily treatment to promote functional independence and modifies treatment programs
Performs documentation in EHR
Coordinates/communicates with interdisciplinary team
Participates in program improvement, clinical education, and customer service standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
2 years of experience in Physical Therapy (preferred)
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
Experience as a PT in an acute care setting (preferred)
Current AHA BLS (must obtain certification within 30 days of starting in this position)
