Role Overview
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account or technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Carefully document cases and follow up in a timely manner
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German C2 / native speaker
- English B2 or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, including shift work (Monday–Sunday, project-dependent)
- Willingness to relocate at least 1 week before the start date (for on-site assignments)
