Role Overview
- Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email and chat
- Resolving account or technical issues and escalating when necessary
- Accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German C2 / native speaker
- English B2 or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility for on-site or remote work, including shift work (Monday–Sunday, project-dependent)
- Willingness to relocate at least 1 week before the start date (for on-site positions)
