Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, memos, and briefs across multiple practice areas
Draft, proofread, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout all stages of litigation
Coordinate and calendar court dates, deadlines, depositions, and attorney schedules
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties on behalf of attorneys
Support attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders
Track case progress and proactively flag upcoming deadlines or missing documentation
Requirements
Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent hands-on experience in a law firm
Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience in a general or multi-practice area law firm
Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
Demonstrated experience drafting legal documents across varied practice areas
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines with accuracy and composure
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based law firms. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
