Provide end-user support through a ticketing system, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose root causes, implement solutions, and document resolutions clearly
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed
Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other IT equipment
Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other SaaS/cloud platforms
Support Windows Server environments, user accounts, and system access
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
Monitor systems to ensure updates, patches, and security measures are in place
Perform inventory tracking of IT assets and equipment
Assist with disaster recovery processes including backups for virtual machines, files, email, and cloud systems
Provide basic training and guidance to end users when needed

2–3 years of IT support or system administration experience
Experience with Windows environments and basic network administration
Familiarity with Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting
Exposure to Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
VMware experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
At least one relevant certification, such as: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft certifications
Cisco CCNA/CCNP
