Support change management strategy development and implementation
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Navy objectives and delivery timelines
Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks through effective risk management strategies
Apply systems engineering principles to manage technical scope, integration challenges, and performance outcomes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality control, and cost optimization
Prepare and deliver regular program reviews, technical briefings, and performance reports to senior government and industry leadership.
Provide logistics information technology expertise.
Review and at times prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other documents for client deliverables with spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and slide presentation software
Provide advanced organizational and management skills
Manage multiple time-sensitive priorities and assignments without diminished effectiveness
Communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization in a variety of written and oral forums at all levels internal and external to the organization
Requirements
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
Bachelor's Degree
TEN (10) or more years of professional experience supporting defense and/or government programs, including FIVE (5) or more years of experience in program management/leadership supporting such programs.
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Masters Degree
Proven technical management experience supporting large programs with extensive system integration and coordination across multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of risk management, systems engineering, and program scheduling within large, complex projects
Demonstrated experience with cost control, cost analysis, and process improvement across the program lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with senior executive clients.
Well-rounded leadership skills to provide strategic, analytical, and operational direction to teams.
DoW Acquisition Lifecycle experience
DoN Acquisition Program Manager experience is highly desirable
Defense Acquisition University Program Management Certification
Experience working with Navy acquisition organizations
