Serve as a senior technical expert for the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence (RPA CoE)
Responsible for the technical integrity and delivery of the automation portfolio
Lead the hands-on development and configuration of high-complexity automations including traditional RPA, focusing on the transition to Agentic workflows
Design and implement advanced integrations involving Document Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI
Conduct rapid prototyping and technical feasibility assessments for emerging automation technologies
Serve as the technical lead for the development team, providing high-level guidance on complex logic
Perform deep-dive code reviews and architectural validations
Act as technical point of contact during U.S. afternoon hours for critical production failures
Identify, develop, and recommend best practices and process enhancements to improve efficiency and operational excellence.

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required
A master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation
Mastery of at least one major RPA platform (Automation Anywhere strongly preferred)
Familiarity with Agentic/AI frameworks (e.g. Python, LLMs, and API integration) is a significant advantage
Good understanding of engineering tools and experience working within technology teams
Hands-on experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or other recognized project delivery methodologies
Familiarity with process improvement techniques and methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and process mapping.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically disbursed teams and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
