About this role
Role Overview
- Management of the CRM platforms used by the frontline for customer service and conducting business;
- Management of projects and the maintenance/support backlog;
- Development and proposal of customer-focused business and technology strategies;
- Collaboration with frontline teams to evaluate improvements and enhancements to the CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Experience with Salesforce: Financial Services Cloud;
- Knowledge of CRM strategies;
- Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL);
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
- Nice to have:
- Experience in managing performance indicators (KPIs);
- Experience in project management.
