Own the connectivity roadmap: Define and drive the strategy for how Engine integrates with hotel supply at scale.
Drive hotel response rate to zero friction: Build product strategies and integrations that increase hotel response rates.
Architect platform-level thinking: Design connectivity infrastructure to support internal Groups workflows and B2B API offerings.
Lead cross-functional alignment: Partner with various teams to surface bottlenecks and prioritize opportunities.
Bring AI into the mix: Identify where intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows can be integrated.

10+ years in product management, with meaningful experience building platform or connectivity products at scale.
Background working with APIs, integrations, or supply-side infrastructure is strongly preferred.
Technical depth: comfortable in rooms with principal engineers and external technical partners.
Builder's instincts: ability to define a problem before solving it and build a standalone business case.
Transformational mindset: aiming to change the foundation of how group travel gets booked.
Stakeholder range: comfortable in product reviews and partner negotiations without slowing down processes.
