Role Overview
- Lead design work from early discovery and problem framing through to validated solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and R&D as an equal design partner.
- Design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
- Actively use AI in your design process for efficiency.
- Contribute to the design system and ensure its practical usability.
Requirements
- Proven 7+ years of experience designing software products, ideally SaaS or other technically complex tools.
- Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equal through experience.
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, and detail).
- Strong experience with Figma, including shared libraries, reusable components.
- Experience using and contributing to a design system.
