Role Overview
- This role is responsible for leading a team of senior-level individual contributors and managers, overseeing programs aimed at driving strategic procurement projects, and leading the development and delivery of complex initiatives with a global impact.
- The role manages demand and supply matching activities at a strategic level, ensuring key business metrics are met.
- The role engages with senior stakeholders to influence supply chain strategic development and partners with suppliers in forward-thinking strategic initiatives.
- The role addresses complex business and technical challenges and leads teams in conducting in-depth risk analyses and formulating effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
