About this role

Lead the AI‑DLC product area.
Contribute to the definition, delivery, and continuous evolution of innovative, AI‑enabled products and tools.
Support early‑stage product exploration and experimentation.
Design and run evaluation frameworks to measure product reliability, performance accuracy, security, cost efficiency, and regression robustness.
Drive aligned features and experiences across multiple products, ensuring consistency and seamless end‑to‑end user journeys.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a product‑focused role.
Minimum 7 years of experience delivering products in an IT environment.
Experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise initiatives.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing decisions at multiple organizational levels.
Experience working in KPI‑driven environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.
Demonstrated skill in defining and prioritizing product features.
