Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns across EMEA by helping set up workflows, coordinating timelines, and working closely with marketing, sales, and BDR teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong alignment.
Take an active role in planning and executing both digital and physical events: managing logistics, coordinating speakers and stakeholders, handling invitations and follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless experience from preparation to post-event analysis.
Adapting marketing content for local markets
Support the localization of marketing assets (emails, one-pagers, case studies…) to ensure messaging is relevant and impactful for different countries and audiences across the EMEA region.
Tracking campaign performance and contributing to pipeline generation
Monitor key KPIs (open rates, engagement, leads…), help maintain clean and enriched CRM data, and contribute to performance reporting to optimize campaigns and support business growth.
Requirements
Final-year Master’s student (Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communication or Project Management)
IMPORTANT : Fluent in French and in English, with an international mindset
Strong interest in B2B marketing, project management & events
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint; CRM is a plus)
