Leading infrastructure and cybersecurity projects: deployments, migrations, upgrades, hardening, regulatory compliance.
Coordinating technical and security teams: infrastructure, network, security, cloud, external providers, offshore teams.
Developing and tracking project schedules: managing dependencies, risks and trade-offs.
Organizing and facilitating project forums: scoping sessions, technical workshops, project committees, steering committees, security committees.
Overseeing production deployments and transition to RUN: run readiness, documentation, handover and CMDB.
Contributing to the definition and tracking of cybersecurity roadmaps: compliance initiatives, implementation of controls and metrics, monitoring cyber action plans.
Managing network projects: segmentation, securing interconnections, LAN/WAN/WiFi modernization, SD-WAN/SASE integration.
Interim management or Service Delivery Management assignments: operational RUN management (incidents, problems, changes).

Proven experience in IT project management (infrastructure, cybersecurity and networks), with at least 3 years' experience.
Experience in cross-functional leadership involving multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent university degree).
Fluent English preferred.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud, with sufficient technical background to communicate effectively with architects.
Good understanding of ITIL processes (change, incident and problem management, continuity).
Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, diplomacy, ability to simplify technical topics and engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong verbal communication and natural leadership to lead governance forums.
