About this role
Role Overview
- Develop, maintain and improve management reports and interactive dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability for managers;
- Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, transformation, analysis and automation of data processes;
- Actively support MIS routines, including the definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs and performance metrics;
- Interact with business areas, understanding their needs and translating data into strategic insights;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes by proposing solutions and best practices;
- Conduct exploratory and analytical analyses, generating relevant insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and building management reports;
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI;
- Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset regarding data and metrics;
- Good communication skills for presenting results.
