Licensed Talk Therapist – Weekend/Evening

Role Overview

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country
• Partner with health systems and primary care providers
• Handle administrative tasks such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

Requirements

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
