Oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including YouTube, websites, media, Instagram, coupon platforms, and CPA networks
Onboard new affiliate partners, signing agreements to ensure clear terms
Review videos, media, metadata, and other content for alignment with commitments
Launch, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across key regions
Monitor, measure, and analyze campaigns to achieve ROI targets
Build, nurture, and reactivate relationships with affiliates and influencers
Evaluate historical and current data and marketing strategies to improve campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless asset delivery and coordination
Research and stay informed about new technologies and trends in affiliate marketing

2+ years’ experience driving results in affiliate/partnership or influencer marketing
Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms, such as Impact or Rakuten
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc., at a strong level
Proven experience using AI tools to optimise marketing campaigns
Experience with CPA
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is highly desirable
A data-driven approach to work; strong analytical and fraud management skills
Great sales and negotiation skills
Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian communication skills
