AI Product Engineer

Role Overview

• Partner with PMs to design agentic workflows
• Build prototypes of AI features
• Define evaluation frameworks for accuracy and reliability
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation and graphs
• Act as a technical translator in AI and insurance contexts

Requirements

• Deep experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• vector databases
• orchestration layers
• polyglot proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Java
• understanding of user friction and LLMs
• experience with Voice agents a plus
