Role Overview
- Support, troubleshoot, deploy and develop application
- Interact with business and external users
- Ensure applications deliver intended business demand and expectations
- Understanding and execution of DR/HA/Cloud resiliency
- Develop tooling to improve efficiency and fix & enhance applications
- Monitor and manage multiple integrated applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents
- Monitor nightly batch operations
- Develop application enhancements and implement fixes
- Coordinate database refresh activities
- Validate integration points and data consistency
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations
- Facilitate regular communication with IT and business partners
Requirements
- 3+ Years of professional experience
- Knowledge across front, middle and back-office solutions
- Knowledge of Eagle suite of products (Accounting, Pricing, Investment Performance and Data Management), Autosys Scheduling
- Good to have AWS knowledge and Datastage
- Ability to run SQL queries to perform data analysis is a must
- Oracle and SQL DB knowledge
- Strong communication and written skills are required
- Working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
