Client Manager – West Coast

Role Overview

• Retaining and growing revenue for the assigned book of business
• Exceeding client expectations surrounding service excellence
• Building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business
• Supporting and servicing between 12 – 20 clients in the West Coast region
• Participating in internal projects that benefit the client management organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience
• Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans (stop loss understanding a plus)
• Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
• Results oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to interact with senior level executives
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
