About this role
Role Overview
- designing, building, and shipping AI‑powered products and platforms
- embedding strong technology risk and control foundations from day one
- hands‑on engineering, integrating, and hardening modern AI stacks
- defining how AI products are built, deployed, and scaled safely across Fidelity
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience building and delivering production AI or ML‑driven products
- strong full‑stack engineering depth
- hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks and tooling such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex
- building or contributing to agentic workflows and autonomous agents
- comfortable working across the full AI product stack including vector databases, embedding strategies
- strong experience across cloud‑native AI platforms and infrastructure including Google Vertex AI
- understanding of standard cloud capabilities such as API gateways, authentication and authorization
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
