Design end-to-end ServiceTitan solutions aligned to customer business goals, operational maturity, and trade best practices
Translate customer workflows into scalable configurations across: Business Units, Job Types, Campaigns, Pricebooks, Memberships, Dispatch, Reporting, and Integrations
Act as the subject-matter expert on ServiceTitan platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap-aligned solutions
Evaluate and design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, payroll, CRM, marketing, BI tools)
Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders
Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams during onboarding, optimization, and expansion phases
Create and maintain solution documentation, diagrams, and decision logs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in: Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Design, or Implementation roles
Experience designing and supporting SaaS platforms with complex business logic
Strong understanding of service-based or field service businesses (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, or similar)
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (implementation, configuration, or administration)
Experience with: ERP / FSM systems
API-based integrations
Accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite)
Background in customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and analytics concepts.
