Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field
Solid understanding of information systems and network technologies.
2+ years of experience providing support for large-scale web infrastructure.
Working understanding of Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup principles.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (good-to-have)
Experience with Sitecore Content Management System (good-to-have)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions (good-to-have)
Experience with AWS Services (e.g., CloudFront CDN, Load balancers, EKS, ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) (good-to-have)
Experience with .NET (C#) or Java (good-to-have)
